Make a difference The Lead Behavioral Health Therapist, Lic will maintain effective intra organizational peer relationships and manage change and problem solving with emphasis on common philosophy of care throughout the treatment continuum. You will continue to provide direct patient care, while providing clinical leadership and support to the counseling staff. Your exceptional skills and qualifications Your passion for helping others will help you succeed in providing effective and efficient therapy to meet the patient’s needs. Your flexibility, persistence and patience will help you give your patients the best care. You motivate others and enjoy leading a team. Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in mental health, Social Work or related field required. 2 + years of experience providing mental health treatment required. Valid LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the State of Indiana required.
