Position Summary Under the general direction of the Senior Program Manager, the Supervisor of Case Management provides direct supervision to assigned case managers, ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance across all case management functions and documentation. This role is also responsible for developing and managing caseload files, lesson plans, and electronic documentation systems (Therap and iConnect), as well as providing training and reporting as needed. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, demonstrated coaching ability, and the capacity to lead the expansion and optimization of Therap and iConnect usage. This is an on-site position at Parc Center for Disabilities, working alongside a collaborative, mission-driven team committed to a people-centered environment. Essential Responsibilities Supervision Provide direct supervision to assigned Case Managers. Ensure team members adherence to Parc policies and procedures, monitor attendance, manage disciplinary actions, and complete performance appraisals with the Senior Program Manager. Assist in interviewing and selecting new Case Managers. Carry a caseload as needed, depending on program needs. Quality Assurance Conduct monthly reviews of case files, quarterly reports, and annual reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with APD/AHCA requirements in iConnect and Therap. Provide coaching and technical support to Case Managers to address performance and documentation needs. Develop and implement a weekly observation schedule to monitor DSP interactions and program implementation; provide written feedback to leadership. Establish and maintain a formal, person-centered process for annual plan development, ensuring participant input. Monitor compliance with support plans, service authorizations, and participant needs through regular communication with WSCs. Plan, participate in, and monitor Circle of Support meetings for assigned caseloads and direct reports. Review referral packets with the Senior Program Manager to determine program acceptance. Manage the program waitlist, maintain quarterly communication with families, identify admissions when vacancies arise, and support census growth. Review GERs for safety concerns or trends and address findings with leadership. Participate in assigned committees (Therap, Safety, etc.). Conduct daily audits of iConnect and Therap for documentation discrepancies and notify appropriate leadership in writing. Analyze Therap DDO data to monitor outcomes, identify trends, answer inquiries, and recommend improvements. Therap/iConnect Administration Create ISP templates and programs for assigned caseloads. Coordinate implementation and training of system enhancements to ensure competency across team members. Manage admissions, discharges, and Change of Status processes in Therap and iConnect; submit documentation to Finance. Train and retrain DSPs on documentation practices as needed. Set up DSP user accounts and credentials during onboarding. Maintain accurate attendance and billing records for timely approval and submission. Other appropriate responsibilities as determined by management. Requirements Education, Training and Experience Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities. Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a similar setting. Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience will be considered Knowledge, Skills & Abilities A heart for people first and foremost. Have a collaborative, agile approach, with a growth mindset. The ability to quickly pivot is important. Have a learning attitude and natural curiosity for how things work, with a desire to improve processes and procedures without judgement for how things were done in the past. Be able to lift up to 50 pounds if needed. Strong background in case management and regulatory requirements for APD/AHCA. Able to use independent judgment, prioritize and organize a diversified workload in a fast-paced environment. The ability to work with confidential materials Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, and other electronic tools Communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing. Schedule: Normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Your schedule may vary depending on business needs and other factors. This is an on-site role.
