YOUR TASKS

• Smooth organization of service shifts for the breakfast, lunch, dinner & bar sections
• Hire, train and coach team members
• Controlling of breakfast list and payment checks
• Ensure continuously stocked buffet during opening hours
• Preparations for next shift and day / Mise en Place
• Seek for increasing the revenue in all subdepartments (breakfast, lunch, dinner & bar) - in good collaboration with the A(HM;
• Assist in covering shifts when necessary and being flexible to change your schedule
• Following training to keep up to date with latest developments
• Product range development
• Perform monthly inventory stock control independently

YOUR PROFILE

• You have 1 to 3 years experience in the tourism / F&B / hospitality industry
• You speak English fluently, local language skills are an advantage
• You have excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• You have a high service orientation
• Your way of working is efficient and structured
• You are independent and flexible
