Job Descriptions:

·      Assist in the timely planning and implementation of marketing strategies and programs;

·      Conduct sales visits to identify sales opportunities, assist with agency booking activities, and monitor agent performance to maximize local sales volume;

·      Utilize booking systems and GDS daily to review bookings;

·      Monitor latest market and competitor information to update pricing and strategies;

·      Assist in arranging commercial agreements with local business partners and retail travel agents to promote bookings via joint promotion and marketing campaigns;

·      Maintain relationships with trade and associations to maintain and expand HKA’s exposure in the market;

·      Provide daily and monthly booking analysis reports;

·      Develop marketing and sales materials for product launches, sales information distribution, etc.;

·      Liaise closely with Revenue Management team and other relevant departments to launch group sales plans, establish smooth workflows and handle external and internal customer expectations; and

·      Assist with ad-hoc task as required.

Requirement:

·      Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related disciplines;

·      At least 3 years of relevant working experience in tourism or aviation industry; experience in Travel related Marketing or Communications is a strong advantage;

·      Contribute a positive, solutions-oriented attitude and high energy level to support team collaboration and progress toward shared goals;

·      Good time-management and problem-solving skills;

·      Ability to work independently and under pressure; and

·      Proficiency in MS Office.
