Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Assist our Showroom Manager in generating sales and overseeing everyday activities in line with Laings business standards. Across managers periods of absence, step up to ensure operational continuity.
  • Ensure all customer interactions are managed efficiently, are effective and solutions are always sought, to exceed customer expectations.
  • Self-motivated you will drive and inspire your colleagues to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Maintain a high standard of OMEGA watch display for windows, showroom interior and exterior ensuring others follow suit.
  • Regular stock inspection and organising immediate replenishment of best-selling key lines by liaising with our Head Office team.
  • Maintain regular communication with Directors, Managers, team members and colleagues in all stores.
  • Ensure all colleagues and the boutique are consistently safe and secure, adhering to company procedures and guidelines.
  • Enthusiastically undertake training to increase product knowledge, as arranged and requested
