Overview
Job Summary:
Supervises warehouse, logistics, and purchasing operations by coordination of personnel and activities to accomplish timely and accurate delivery, set-up, and education of home infusion medications and supplies. Assists in the management of the fleet vehicles for maintenance, repairs, licensing, and DOT regulations compliance.

Job Responsibilities;

• Supervises and monitors daily operational functions through scheduling of personnel, assessment of equipment, acquisition of supplies, organization of inventory, logistics and delivery driver activities, productivity, and resource management in order to deliver efficient and effective home infusion services.
• Ensures orderly personnel functions by participating in interviews of potential distribution employees in coordination with leadership.
• Trains staff to be knowledgeable regarding use and operation of equipment, supplies, cleaning and repair, proper coding, storage and handling, and receiving of delivers.
• Facilitates and participates in performance improvement activities by participating in development of performance plan and sharing data with leadership for assigned areas to ensure safety and quality are consistent with established standards.
• Identifies and implements security practices including, but not limited to, cycle counts, physical inventory, and tracking of equipment sent for repair.

Overall responsibility of delivery fleet to include maintenance records, repairs, inspections, DOT regulations.

Purpose of Position and Scope of Responsibility Principal Accountabilities/Responsibilities Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Education High school diploma and knowledge of inventory operations, distribution and personnel management
Minimum Experience One Year supervisory and one year warehouse/distribution experience
Minimum Licensure, Registration, Certification Valid driver’s license.
Desired Qualifications
Desired Education Two-year degree or equivalent knowledge /experience in home infusion inventory operation, distribution and personnel management
Desired Experience One Year home infusion experience
Desired Licensure, Registration, Certification Non
