SUPERVISOR OPERATIONS CENTRE

We are looking for an Operations Centre Supervisor to identify full potential and improvement opportunities across the business. This role covers vacation relief and acts as a ‘floater;’ there is no designated shift, so flexibility is required.
This is a great opportunity to lead projects and manage change — including cultural transformation, strategic change, and the implementation of a continuous improvement mindset, to enhance the organization’s efficiency and performance. The Supervisor provides operational leaders with optimized plans that reflect real constraints, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure clear, timely communication with the appropriate level of detail to support effective execution.
