Guides assigned workers by ensuring completion of projects in accordance with trade standards. Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required) Trade School in job related area (Required) Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree Experience: 2 years' experience in a supervisory role (Required) 5 years' experience in specialized field (Required) Licenses and Certifications: Drivers License (Required) Cert Healthcare Facilities Mgr (Preferred) Engineer Cert Grade A (Preferred) or Certified Electrical (Preferred) or Licensed Master Plumber (Preferred)
