Location: Hedland Operations – Port Hedland (on the traditional lands of the Kariyarra people)
Roster: 4 days on / 3 days off – Residential in Port Hedland or FIFO ex Perth

Are you a natural organiser with a warm personality and a knack for bringing people together? We’re looking for a Supervisor- Support team who thrives in a collaborative environment and is excited to play a key role in introducing Anaplan to our operations.
This role goes beyond administration – you’ll be the connector between teams, the driver of smooth processes, and the go-to person who makes things happen. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Previous leadership experience within an admin or support team
  • Strong skills in SAP, Workflow, and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • A high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • A positive attitude, calm under pressure, and a people-first mindset
  • Great communication skills with a collaborative and solutions-focused approach
  • Self-motivation, initiative, and the ability to adapt quickly
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead & support – guide the administration team to deliver excellent support across the site
  • Connect people – act as the key link with departments including People Operations, Office Management, and Information Management (SharePoint)
  • Own the diary – manage complex schedules, meetings, and conference calls for our leadership team
  • Plan events – arrange travel and coordinate special events such as our Values Forum and Family Day
  • Support leaders – prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and follow up on actions
  • Keep things running – oversee expenses, office supplies, and confidential administration tasks with care and discretion
