Qualifications: Education: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field required. Work Experience: * 3+ years of supply chain related experience, preferably in a complex manufacturing environment. * 2+ years of management experience * Previous experience in a customer facing role and understanding of the order management process (quote-to-cash) is required. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $76,000-95,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. A Brief Overview A Supervisor of Order Management leads a team that is accountable for the successful execution and fulfillment of program specific orders. Reporting to a leader within Order Management, an individual in this role is responsible for overseeing the results produced by his/her team, providing training and direction to employees, monitoring work quality and coaching on performance. Supervisors of Order Management supports the growth and development of individual contributors on their team. Job Responsibilities * Oversees day to day operations.
