Description Overnight Friday-Monday 12am-8:30am Provide leadership and direction to supervisors and staff while motivating and interacting with employees to achieve continuous improvement. Oversee and support employees in day-to-day operations. Maintain scheduling for the evening shift to ensure coverage. Develop supervisors and staff on expectations and ensure follow-through. Perform administrative duties and reporting. Requirements High School diploma with one to three years of supervisory and substance abuse treatment experience. CASAC credential a plus At least 3 years managing and developing a team Proven leadership skills a must Organizational skills a must Ability to make decisions for daily operations rapidly and successfully Taking responsibility for the evening shift of the organization #INDLP
