Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf. About the Position: Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Supervisor - Parking Services to join the resort’s Parking Services team. The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are. * Supervise and coordinate daily parking operations, including valet services, self-parking areas, and traffic management zones, ensuring efficient and smooth vehicle flow at all times, aligned with operational priorities observed across parking operations. * Lead and manage a team of parking attendants, valets, and traffic controllers during shifts, ensuring proper staffing levels, task allocation, and adherence to Wynn service standards and grooming expectations. * Monitor guest arrival and departure points, ensuring prompt service, minimal congestion, and a positive first and last impression for all guests visiting the resort. * Ensure all parking areas, valet zones, equipment, and facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality through regular inspections. * Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly, resolving issues effectively and escalating when required * Support the Assistant Manager in managing traffic flow, parking occupancy, and space utilization to maximize efficiency during peak and non-peak periods. * Ensure all parking equipment such as barriers, ticketing systems, and valet tools are operational and report any defects or maintenance needs immediately. * Conduct on-the-job training and coaching for new and existing team members, ensuring adherence to service standards, safety procedures, and operational protocols. * Prepare and maintain shift reports, incident logs, and operational updates, ensuring accurate documentation and communication to management. * Enforce parking policies, safety procedures, and traffic regulations, ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations. * Coordinate with other departments such as Security, Front Office, and Engineering to ensure seamless operations and guest handling across the resort. * Support peak operations when required by assisting with hands-on duties such as valet parking or traffic control to maintain service levels. * Ensure delivery of Forbes Five-Star service standards and promote Wynn Al Marjan Island’s culture and service values consistently. * Champion a culture of anticipatory service by recognizing guest cues, personalizing interactions where appropriate, and ensuring every arrival and departure feels polished, calm, and effortless. * Identify, coach, and develop high-potential team members by setting clear expectations, recognizing excellence, correcting service gaps promptly, and building a strong pipeline of future luxury service talent. * Maintain a visible leadership presence during peak periods, using calm direction, professional body language, and precise communication to protect service flow and guest confidence. * Use guest feedback, operational observations, and shift data to improve consistency, reduce friction points, and reinforce the standards required for a Forbes Five-Star guest journey.   About You: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:   * Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. * Minimum 5–10 years of experience in luxury hospitality, parking operations, valet services, transportation, or guest services, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role within a high-volume, guest-facing environment. * Extensive hands-on valet experience is required, including confident operation of luxury, high-performance, and specialty vehicles in a high-volume, guest-facing environment. * Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate diverse teams while creating accountability, confidence, and pride in service delivery. * Excellent communication, presence, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver warm, polished, and confident interactions with guests, colleagues, and senior leaders. * Knowledge of parking operations, traffic control procedures, and safety standards. * Familiarity with parking management systems and basic reporting tools is preferred. * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts. * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism. * Strong understanding of Forbes Five-Star luxury service behaviors, including anticipatory service, personalization, gracious problem resolution, cleanliness, consistency, and attention to detail. * Demonstrated commitment to recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent through coaching, recognition, performance feedback, and role-model leadership. * Immaculate grooming, professional presentation, and the maturity to represent a world-class luxury resort at its most visible guest touchpoints. * Valid UAE driver license with a clean driving record is required.   About Wynn Al Marjan Island’s Benefits: We offer an attractive salary, paid in Dirhams (AED), the local currency of the UAE.
