We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our team. QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1 year to less than 2 years experience is required for this position
  • Familiarity with POS systems and retail operations software
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in math for handling transactions and deposits
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships.
  • Ability to lead by example, motivating team members to achieve their best performance.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of team members to ensure efficient operations.
  • Responsible for opening and closing store procedures
  • Responsible for cash handling procedures including but not limited to preparing and dropping bank deposits.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Monitor team performance, providing feedback and conducting evaluations as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while promoting a safe work environment.
  • Assists in receiving and stocking procedures
  • Sets and maintains MPP, plan-o-grams and other merchandise directives
