We are currently seeking a Supervisor to join our team at Three Wise Monkeys Ipswich.
Our venue in Ipswich is known for its vibrant atmosphere, huge range of quality beers and a passionate focus on smoked American-style barbecue and burgers. The venue in Ipswich hosts a large range of DJ events and functions throughout. We also house a thriving basement gin bar and a restaurant floor.
We are looking for an individual with an amazing personality, with a love of the industry and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

• General day to day running of the venue; Opening and closing the venue as required.
• Administrative duties as directed by the General Manager.
• Daily accounting duties as required.
• Adhere to all Health and Safety, Fire Safety and Licensing laws at all times.
• Maintaining high levels of cleanliness throughout.
• Dealing with customer enquiries and bookings.
• Be at the forefront of staff motivation and morale.
• Undertaking ongoing training with new and existing staff.
  As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our front of house team. This includes managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere for our guests. You will also play a key role in training new team members and be a part of developing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  To succeed in this role, you should have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think on your feet. Previous experience in a supervisory role is essential.
