Providence is calling for Supervisor Patient Access - Full Time, Day, Remote The Supervisor is responsible for administering the daily operations of the Patient Engagement Center and for ensuring goals and objectives are achieved and maintained, including a high-level of personalized customer service. Care Access includes 'find a physician' navigation within a health network, scheduling appointments and classes, and functioning as an entry point and informational resource for patients into the health system. The Supervisor is directly responsible for motivating and developing Care Access Liaisons and Referral Services Specialists, and cultivating a positive culture and team environment while building and maintaining a high level of operational performance.
