Accounts Receivable Supervisor - Payment Processing Operations We are seeking a motivated and experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor to lead and develop our Accounts Receivable team. This role plays a key part in ensuring consistent high performance and delivering a seamless client experience. As a people leader, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement, empowering team members to identify and implement process efficiencies, and guiding them through change management initiatives. The role includes managing both on-site and remote team members. Key Responsibilities • Lead daily operations of the Accounts Receivable team, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met. • Set and deliver team goals aligned with company objectives. • Monitor adherence to Quality Assurance (QA) standards. • Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback to employees and business partners. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date internal documentation reflecting procedural changes. • Support internal and external stakeholders with escalations and time-sensitive requests. • Resolve employee-related issues, disputes, and escalations. • Identify and support career development opportunities for team members. • Provide timely and transparent reporting to senior management. • Represent the team in cross-functional projects and drive internal improvements. • Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to review team performance and identify areas for enhancement. • Initiate, lead, and participate in process improvement initiatives. Skills, Attributes & Qualifications • Post-secondary education in Business or Finance preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Minimum 2 years of experience in Financial Services or Shared Services, with proven team management and motivation capabilities. • Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail; able to work independently. • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. • Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook). • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. • Strong work ethic, time management, and organizational skills. • Analytical thinking and decision-making abilities; mathematical aptitude preferred. • Experience with global payment processing and the SWIFT network is desirable. • Familiarity with lean and agile methodologies is a plus.
