About the Position: Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Supervisor - Payroll to join the resort’s Finance Team. The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are: * Lead daily payroll operations and supervise the payroll team * Oversee payroll system management, updates, and improvements in coordination with IT * Review, process, and approve payroll adjustments and resolve employee payroll inquiries * Ensure accurate payroll posting to the general ledger for timely book closure * Support monthly payroll, professional tax, and social security processing and reporting * Ensure compliance with government reporting requirements, company policies, and payroll accuracy/timeliness * Maintain professional standards, adhere to health & safety and sustainability practices, and take on additional duties as assigned About You: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. * Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience at a supervisory level. * Strong knowledge of UAE payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements. * Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications About Wynn Al Marjan Island’s Benefits: We offer an attractive salary, paid in Dirhams (AED), the local currency of the UAE.
