We are currently seeking a Supervisor to lead and support our staff in delivering exceptional care. Position Summary: The Supervisor will oversee daily operations, provide leadership and guidance to staff, and ensure compliance with State regulations and standards. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong pediatric experience and a passion for mentoring teams. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations. Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with physicians and administrative staff to optimize patient care and workflow. Monitor patient flow and assist with clinical duties as needed. Maintain accurate documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Serve as a resource for clinical questions and problem-solving. Requirements Must be a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Minimum of 2 years of pediatric clinical experience required. Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
