We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor/Manager to join our team at Pete’s Store. In this role, you will lead, inspire, and motivate our staff, stepping in to manage the store whenever the Manager is unavailable. As a Shift Leader, you will be the Store Manager’s right-hand person, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Your key responsibilities will include driving sales, increasing profitability, and ensuring that every customer leaves satisfied. You’ll focus on team leadership, food preparation, maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment, and delivering exceptional customer service.
