Job Title- Supervisor
Pay Rate- $25- $30 per hour
No. of positions- 4
32- 40 hours Weekly
We are looking for organized supervisors to oversee operations and assign tasks to staff. The shift supervisor is responsible for enforcing health and safety regulations and ensuring that products meet the company’s standards.
To be successful as a supervisor you must be able to multitask. A great supervisor ensures that all tasks are running smoothly and on time, and that end products are of acceptable quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that customers are provided with quick and efficient service.
  • Addressing customer inquiries and listening attentively to any complaints aboutproducts and services.
  • Assign staff members to shifts.
  • Organizing and allocating tasks for the team to ensure that all necessary work iscompleted efficiently.
  • Supervise staff to ensure that tasks are completed on time and according to safetylaws.
  • Conducting interviews and hiring candidates as per business needs.
  • Evaluate staff performance and provide training where necessary.
  • Taking decisions for dismissal based on employee’s conduct and job performance.
  • Order materials needed for production.
  • Open up or close the store at the start and end of the day.
  • Evaluate staff performance and provide training where necessary.
  • Resolve workplace disputes.
  • Ensuring that the display of products are organized in a way that makes it easy forcustomers to find and understand the prices of products.
  • Making sure that safety and security guidelines are properly implemented andfollowed.
