We have an opportunity for someone to work as a supervisor on SUNDAY’S at Little Kingdom Roleplay Village in Armagh. Reporting to the Manager, this person will be responsible for leading a team, taking control of a shift and ensuring an incredibly high standard of customer service. They will be able to interactive with the public whilst maintaining control of their team and be able to organise a busy day of events.
All candidates must be 18+ years of age.

Pay Rate is £13 per hour.
This is not a cash in hand job.
The Supervisors role will be to –
· Leading and managing a team.
· Ensuring excellent customer service.
· Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of customers.
· Maintaining a positive and welcoming environment.
· Overseeing the daily operations within the centre.
· Event coordination.
· Sales processing and ensuring accuracy.
· Supporting social media presence and engagement.
· Dealing with customer queries/ complaints.
