In this role, you will play a central part in shaping innovative healthcare data solutions, leading a talented team in the design, development, and deployment of advanced platforms. Accountabilities Provide direct technical supervision to assigned staff and teams, including recruitment, goal-setting, mentoring, agile assignments, and performance reviews. Lead the design, coding, and delivery of healthcare information system (HIS) products and customer-focused solutions. Implement enterprise-scale applications, data, and reporting solutions using modern platforms and cloud-native technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver advanced data-driven solutions for customers across India and worldwide. Ensure adherence to project timelines and maintain high-quality standards throughout all development phases. Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university. Minimum 5 years of combined supervisor, team leadership, or solution architect experience. At least 7 years of experience in business intelligence, software application, and/or database development. Strong background in AWS services (e.g., QuickSight, Glue, Athena) and BI platforms such as PowerBI or Tableau. Experience leading development teams across design, implementation, and delivery phases. Proven ability to manage on-site, hybrid, and remote teams. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to present technical concepts clearly. Knowledge of web service and web application development (REST, JavaScript/Angular) is desirable. Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or a related discipline is preferred.
