Job Summary Supervise daily Color Coating Line operations to meet production, quality, and safety targets. Responsibilities * Achieve daily production targets * Monitor coating, oven, and inspection processes * Ensure quality (shade, DFT, adhesion) * Control downtime, scrap, and rework * Enforce safety and PPE compliance * Maintain production and quality records * Requirements * CCL process knowledge, minimum 5+ years' experience in relevant role. * Quality and safety awareness * Team handling skills * Basic reporting skills
