The Supervisor Production offers an exciting opportunity to lead high-impact track construction projects while making a tangible difference in the rail industry. A solid understanding of collective bargaining agreements (CBA) is essential for managing workflows effectively, and candidates with experience in construction or manufacturing management are encouraged to apply.
The Supervisor Production will effectively lead and oversee the safe execution of assigned track construction projects, ensuring adherence to established safety protocols and industry standards. Demonstrate strong leadership accountability by fostering a culture of excellence in safety, service quality, and productivity. Thorough knowledge of collective bargaining agreement (CBA) is necessary to manage work flow. Candidates with a solid construction and/or manufacturing management background will also be considered.
