JOB OVERVIEW

All City Exteriors, a 35 year+ Roofing & Siding Company, is looking for a Roofing Supervisor/Production Manager to oversee sloped roofing applications for year round new home and seasonal retrofit sites. Salaried position with a quarterly bonus structure relevant to jobs completed.

EXPERIENCE

• You know how to order materials, coordinate crew for installs, as the various work orders will require.
• Ideally you have hands on experience running your own crew, or are presently working with a crew - that you would trust to complete an install to your satisfaction, while you concentrate on moving into more production and supervising
• We are willing to train a suitable candidate with the hope of adding to our partnership

  Pay: From $54,000.00 per year

• Establish and maintain relationships with distributors, ensuring that materials are delivered to job sites as per work orders.
• Assist with the hiring of quality labour - as payroll and/or subtrade installers
• Help to schedule and coordinate labour crews according to job start dates.
• Ongoing site visits to ensure both quality control and safety procedures have met our standards
