POSITION OVERVIEW:

As our Field Service Project Accounting Supervisor, you will lead a team of 4–5 project accountants responsible for monitoring project financial performance, including revenue recognition and cash flow. Reporting to the Project Accounting Manager, you will support the Executive VP of Field Services by tracking and analyzing project results, assigning workloads, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. This role involves collaborating across Finance, Operations, Sales, and other teams, as well as engaging with external stakeholders such as customers and auditors.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• University degree or college diploma – Majoring in Accounting.
• Certified Professional Accountant designation (or near completion).
• Minimum of five years accounting experience preferably in a manufacturing/construction environment.
• Previous supervisory experience or leading a team.
• Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with others with a commitment to supporting a team.
• General advanced knowledge of ERP systems, Microsoft mainly Excel and knowledge in SAP would be an asset.
• Hands on, detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills

The base salary range for this position in Ontario at the start of employment is expected to be between $89,000 and $139,000 per year. However, the base salary offered is based on local job market factors and may vary further depending on factors specific to the selected job candidate, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to these considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as an annual cash incentive in addition to a full range of medical, retirement, and/or other benefits.
