We are looking for a Supervisor Project Delivery with a passion for safety, quality and people to join our Pannawonica team, while partnering with and managing our contract partners. This role has strong safety leadership exposure and is a great opportunity to showcase your coaching, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills.

Reporting to the Superintendent Project Delivery, the role will require you to:

• Adhere to all Rio Tinto standards, policies and procedures
• Actively foster and communicate a positive safety culture to promote safety awareness and compliance, encouraging prioritisation of safety in all activities and operations
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, evaluating and implementing improvement opportunities utilising a range of Rio Tinto best practices
• Drafting scopes of work in collaboration with stakeholders
• Site mobilisation, performance monitoring, co-ordinate works around other site activities, resolve design queries and delay issues.
• Coordinating and supervising project activities, whilst ensuring the projects are completed safely according to RioTinto Standards, Policies and procedures, established schedules, budgets and quality standards.
• Ensure timely and accurate Project Cost recording and reporting with continuous improvement mindset to challenge current processes.
• Ensuring all work aligns with RTIO Minor Capital Delivery Framework (MCDF)
