Putt Putt Social is an Asian-inspired Adventure Golf Bar created by the team behind Flip Out and Boom Battle Bar. With exciting expansion plans across the UK, we’re changing the game when it comes to crazy golf – combining immersive entertainment, bold Asian street food, and fully stocked bars.
We’re looking for a Guest-Focused Supervisor to join our team in Telford.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re seeking someone who:

  • Has at least 2 years of bar experience
  • Has supervisory or management experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Is 18 years or older
  • Can reliably commute to the Telford venue (must be a driver or live locally)
  • Is flexible and available to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
  • Thrives in a high-energy, customer-facing role and leads by example

  • Handle customer enquiries and feedback with professionalism
  • Take charge of the venue in the absence of senior management
