Description

Purpose Statement: To ensure product quality, compliance, and continuous improvement through effective leadership, meticulous oversight, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, ultimately contributing to the delivery of exceptional products and customer satisfaction. Key Job Accountabilities: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company specifications. Lead and mentor quality assurance team members, providing guidance and support to ensure consistent performance and professional development. Conduct thorough inspections and audits of production processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed. Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams to address quality issues, resolve non-conformances, and drive root cause analysis to prevent recurrence. Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities for efficiency gains, and areas for process optimization, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. Education/Experience Qualifications: Degree in a relevant field such as quality management, industrial engineering, manufacturing, or a related discipline preferred. Other Qualifications: Certifications such as a Certified Quality Engineer, Certified Quality Auditor, or Six Sigma may be preferred or required. Physical Requirements: Professional office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and low noise level. May require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, using a computer, and other office equipment. Minimal physical activity is generally involved, emphasizing the importance of good posture and ergonomic workplace arrangements.
