JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in small restaurant management. This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service while driving sales and maintaining inventory control. REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven supervisory experience in a retail or restaurant environment or similar field.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Proficient in cash handling, POS systems, and administrative tasks related to store management.
  • Knowledge of inventory management practices and retail sales strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills with effective time management capabilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
    Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
  • Oversee daily store operations and shift management.
  • Conduct employee orientation, training & development programs to enhance team skills.
  • Manage inventory control processes including weekly inventory entry
  • Implement effective sales strategies to achieve store goals while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Manage time cards including employee breaks.
  • Foster excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain effective communication with team members to promote collaboration and efficiency.
