We are seeking a qualified individual to join our HC&D team at our Sand Island location: SUPERVISOR, READY MIX Sand Island Location We are seeking a professional and experienced individual with previous supervisory/management experience. Responsible for providing supervision of the production and delivery personnel assigned to the Oahu Ready Mix Department at all locations. Ensure safe working conditions by enforcing all local, state and federal safety rules and regulations, while complying with company safety policies. Prior experience and understanding of a collective bargaining agreement is helpful. Must possess strong communication skills, be computer literate, and detail oriented.
