As a Supervisor recycling, you will work at a well-established recycling company specializing in the recycling of construction and demolition waste, alongside a dedicated team of motivated employees. Your main responsibilities include:

• Supervising a team of 6-8 colleagues
• Planning daily and monthly schedules
• Managing administrative tasks
• Conducting weekly meetings with fellow foremen
• Assisting with sorting processes when needed

This position involves a two-shift work schedule, working Monday through Friday. One week, you work early shifts from 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM; the following week, late shifts from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Shift allowances are provided at 108.75% (morning shifts) and 111.25% (evening shifts). There is a strong possibility of permanent employment upon successful completion of your probation period.
