Description: This position is responsible for providing daily supervision of rehabilitation services under the guidance of the program manager. Responsible for the resolution of customer complaints, as well as, analyzing the program for operational problems and assisting with the development of action plans to improve services. Estimated pay range for this position is $50.06 - $65.08 / hour depending on experience. Qualifications: Degrees: Bachelors. Licenses & Certifications: Basic Life Support. CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) Certification. Occupational Therapist. Physical Therapist. Speech-Language Pathologist. Additional Qualifications: Experience of 3 years or more in a resource therapist role. Minimum Bachelors degree required. This position requires excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate people effectively. Applicable License/Certification. Minimum Required Experience: 3 Years EOE, including disability/vets
