Restaurant Supervisor
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to lead our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a passion for excellent service and the ability to inspire a team to deliver a top-tier dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate front-of-house staff (waiters, waitresses, cashiers, baristas) to ensure high standards of service.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service, efficient seating, and timely order delivery.
  • Guest Relations: Greet guests and handle all inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene throughout the dining area and service stations.
  • Staff Management: Assist in scheduling, performance evaluations, and resolving workplace issues to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Administrative Duties: Manage daily cash flow, end-of-day reports, and inventory for front-of-house supplies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to train and mentor a diverse team.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
  • In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS systems and health and safety regulations.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Must be flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
