Supervise and coordinate daily store activities for sales associates. Supervisor will perform same duties as sales associates.
Assist in the hiring and training of new staff and conduct performance reviews.
Oversee daily work schedules and ensure accuracy.
Monitor inventory levels and participate in inventory counts with assigned sales associates.
Manage cash handling procedures, POS (Point of Sale) systems.
Maintain organizational standards for cleanliness, safety, and customer service excellence at all times.
Key holding responsibilities include open and close the store and daily cash reconciliation.
