Role: To oversee and support the day-to-day operations of all retail outlets within ADRENA, ensuring that customer. service, merchandising, stock management, and team performance meet the district’s quality and commercial standards. The Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring sales performance, ensuring brand consistency, and fostering a retail culture focused on guest satisfaction and profitability.   Responsibilities: Monitor daily retail operations and staff performance. Ensure merchandising and visual displays align with brand standards. Manage inventory, stock rotation, and replenishment processes. Train and guide retail attendants on sales techniques and service. Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints effectively. Ensure POS system accuracy and proper transaction handling. Implement promotions and sales campaigns as directed. Conduct daily cash reconciliation and reporting. Maintain hygiene and safety compliance in retail spaces. Prepare weekly sales reports and suggest improvements to boost revenue. Ensure proper opening and closing procedures for retail outlets. Monitor customer flow and optimize staff allocation during peak times.   Job Requirements Academic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field Years of Experience 6 years to relevant experience with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
