Position Summary
We are looking for someone who has dedication and commitment in providing accurate and timely banking and tenant payment recording and other administrative support services.

ACADEMIC/PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Completion of college or degree in a related field or accounting.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in handling commercial tenant rent payments (post-dated cheques, electronic funds transfer, pre-authorized deposit etc.);
• Strong software application skills including Yardi and MS Office;
• Strong written and verbal communication skill;
• Strong customer (both internal and external) service orientation;
• Strong attention to detail;
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize workload;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent planning, time management and organization skills.

• Review and approve the daily bank deposit of cash receipts including tenant rent cheques in the mail, post-dated rent cheques and other cash receipts;
• Review and reconcile tenant rent payments (including EFT and PAD etc.) in accounting system on a daily basis;
• Review and analyze tenant rent payments and other deposits reports and reconciliations;
• Approve the tenant PAD forms with sufficient backups (including proper authorizations etc.);
• Review and approve the Scanning supporting documents for all receipts;
• Other ad-hoc duties as determined from time-to-time.
