The Supervisor - Rides & Attractions Electrical at Six Flags Qiddiya City and Aquarabia is a dynamic position that plays a crucial role in overseeing the electrical maintenance teams responsible for the safe and efficient operation of rides and attractions. This position ensures that all electrical systems are functional, compliant with safety standards, and contribute to an exhilarating experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities: ▪ Supervision: Lead and manage a team of electrical technicians, coordinating daily maintenance schedules and assignments to ensure timely completion of tasks. ▪ Maintenance Oversight: Perform and oversee routine inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance of electrical systems and equipment associated with rides and attractions. ▪ Troubleshooting: Assist team members in diagnosing and resolving electrical issues, providing technical guidance and support to troubleshoot complex problems. ▪ Safety Compliance: Ensure that all maintenance activities are performed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies, fostering a culture of safety within the team. ▪ Training: Provide ongoing training and development for team members on electrical systems, safety protocols, and best maintenance practices. ▪ Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements and industry standards. ▪ Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of electrical parts and supplies, ensuring that necessary materials are available for timely maintenance. ▪ Communication: Liaise with management and other departments to report maintenance progress, share findings, and coordinate efforts for attractions operations. ▪ Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements in maintenance operations and equipment functionality, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency. - Education Technical Diploma or Associate's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. - Experience 1-4 years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in the amusement park or entertainment industry. - Skills Strong knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting methodologies specific to rides and attractions. Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and technical manuals. Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and control systems. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Strong organization and time management skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate collaboration across departments. Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in electrical maintenance. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays if required.
