Description
Responsibilities * Responsible for administering the scope of work on routine maintenance assigned to him by the Section Manager (SM). * Assist in planning, organizing, and administering the section’s staff and subcontractors to ensure the smooth running of maintenance operations. * Responsible for supervising, evaluating, and verifying all subcontract works carried out on-site. * Manage and verify the repair and replacement works carried out by subcontractors. * Assist in verifying the work program on routine maintenance work submitted by the subcontractors before the submission and approval from the client. * Prepare and recommend to the SM the daily progress report, weekly subcontractors performance, and any other reports relating to maintenance operations. * Ensure compliance with OSHA requirements on site. * Undertake any other related duties, tasks, and responsibilities as assigned, instructed, and directed by immediate superior. * Act on any emergency work requested by SM, and Regional Manager (RH). * On standby at any time for any possibility happening at the section Requirements * Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.  * 1-3 years of relevant experience in the construction or maintenance industry (highway/road maintenance, building, and/or bridge) * Knowledgeable in MMA (Maintenance Management Agreement)
