Position Overview We are looking for a dynamic and driven Supervisor of Sales for our Mobile Accessories Product division, based in Jakarta. In this role, you will lead a dedicated sales team, driving efforts to promote and sell our cutting-edge mobile accessory products in a competitive market. Your strategic approach and leadership skills will be key in achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Supervise and guide the sales team focused on mobile accessories, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase market penetration and expand the customer base. Provide training and ongoing support to sales representatives to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills. Monitor sales performance and metrics, analyze data to inform strategy, and report on outcomes to senior management. Build strong relationships with retailers and distributors to enhance product visibility and drive sales. Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional campaigns and product launches. Stay informed about industry trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities. Minimum 3 years of sales experience, with at least 2+ year in a supervisory role preferred. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferable. Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the mobile accessories or related consumer electronics markets. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret sales data and market trends. Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
