Responsibilities

The role involves personnel management, including the leadership, promotion, and development of a shift team of approximately 4-5 people, alongside planning, coordinating, and assigning daily tasks within the team. Responsibilities also include ensuring adherence to all safety and quality standards, conducting security checks using X-Ray and other control devices, documenting checks, distributing freight, and acting as a liaison for internal customers and interfaces.
