Our mission is to support healthcare professionals in the early detection of heart disease through accurate, efficient, and intelligent interpretation of ECG data. As we expand our clinical activities, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and medically skilled ECG Analyst to strengthen our team.
Your Role
As a Supervisor / Senior ECG Analyst at Cordys, you’ll take a leading role in both hands-on ECG interpretation and team management. You will actively analyze ECG recordings while overseeing the daily workflow, ensuring clinical accuracy, and mentoring a growing team of analysts. In this hybrid role, you’ll combine clinical expertise with leadership to drive quality and efficiency across our operations. You’ll also collaborate closely with cardiologists, product developers, and data scientists to continuously improve our platform and services.

Responsibilities
  • Conducting accurate analysis and interpretation of various ECG types, starting with Holter recordings
  • Producing accurate, structured diagnostic reports using our AI-powered ECG platform
  • Leading the ECG analyst team, including onboarding, mentoring, and performance reviews
  • Managing the day-to-day workflow to ensure timely and high-quality ECG interpretation
  • Reviewing reports from other analysts and ensuring adherence to clinical standards
  • Providing structured feedback and overseeing quality assurance across the team
  • Supporting the development and implementation of SOPs and interpretation guidelines
  • Facilitating internal training sessions, including ECG education by cardiologists
  • Collaborating closely with medical, technical, and product teams to align clinical and platform development
  • Escalating urgent findings and ensuring medical protocols are followed
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our tools and diagnostic processes
