We are opening an exciting new store at the Cotswold Designer Outlet.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team and drive the achievement of sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to motivate and inspire team members. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our customers.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a retail or sales environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions based on sales metrics.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends as required.
