Supervisor, Sr. Team Leader, 2nd Shift (2:30pm-11pm)
The Supervisor, Sr. Team Leader is responsible for overseeing production personnel, managing workflow, and ensuring the effective utilization of equipment, materials, and labor resources in the Medical Device manufacturing areas.
Level of Supervision Required
Qualifications:
Language and Verbal Skills
The ability to communicate proficiently in English verbally and in writing is required as well as being able to understand and follow work instructions in writing or when conveyed verbally.
Math Skills
Basic math skills, plus ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Analytical and Reading Skills
Ability to read, interpret and follow company procedures, work instructions and engineering drawings and sketches. Ability to identify problems and deviations from prescribed specifications and requirements.
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to perform light material handling tasks involving lifting weights of up to 35 pounds for short durations. Duties also may involve keyboard data entry.
Work Environment
Most work will be performed in a light-manufacturing environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.

The range of starting base pay for this role is 71K-105K. Actual starting pay will be based on a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, qualifications, education and location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for participation in either (i) our annual bonus program or (ii) a sales incentive plan.
