SUPERVISOR SENIOR WAITER/WAITRESS – WALLED GARDEN RESTAURANT

We have an opportunity for a Supervisor Senior Waiter/Waitress to join the Food and Beverage team working at Lucknam Park. We are looking for someone to join the team who has experience in hospitality and is passionate about guest service and has a desire to progress within the industry.
The ideal candidate will be in charge of running a smooth service in the restaurant. Experience in a similar role is preferable but a fantastic attitude towards delivering excellent service with a smile is essential. You should also have a keen desire to learn and develop your skills within the team.
Due to insurance reasons, candidates must be 18 years of age or over.

Skills and experience required as a Supervisor Senior Waiter/Waitress:

• Excellent guest service
• Experience as a Senior Waiter/Waitress and/or Chef de Rang in a comparable hotel/restaurant, minimum 3 rosette
• Excellent understanding of food and wine
• Keen eye for detail
• Approachable, well presented, team player
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Confident, professional and welcoming personality
• Ability to communicate fluently in English – written and verbal
