Key Responsibilities: This role requires specialized expertise in diagnosing and repairing high-capacity slurry pumps. A qualified supervisor ensures that repairs meet OEM standards, reducing the risk of repeat failures and extending equipment lifespan. Planning and managing service workflow from receiving to dispatch, distributing work accordingly to available staff. Ensuring all repairs meet OEM standards and sign-off projects. Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture. Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications: Grade 12 (Matric), N4 certificate in Mechanical Engineering. Qualified Fitter / Millwright (Verified Section 13 / 26D qualification). Valid driver’s license. 5 years’ related experience in an engineering/mining environment (Workshop experience advantageous) and 2 years’ supervisory or management experience. Sound knowledge of slurry pumps (Assembling, Repairs and Maintenance).
