  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, scheduling, and overseeing the dining experience.
  • Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service and maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Train and develop new team members, ensuring they are knowledgeable about the menu, procedures, and company culture.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
  • Monitor and maintain the quality of food and beverage service, ensuring all orders are correct and presented to the highest standards.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve guest satisfaction, and promote the brand.
  • Conduct daily cashouts and ensure all financial transactions are accurate and reported correctly.
  • Maintain high levels of cleanliness and safety standards, following health and safety regulations at all times.

  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including ordering, inventory, and cost control.
