JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Manager to oversee daily operations in our fast-paced food service environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a solid background in restaurant management. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality food preparation and service while maintaining a positive work atmosphere for your team.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry.

  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen operations.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
  • Understanding of food safety standards and regulations.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or barista roles is a plus.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
