Job Responsibilities Team Supervision: Supervise showroom staff, assign daily tasks, and ensure smooth coordination and productivity. Customer Service Management: Ensure customers receive excellent service, resolve issues promptly, and maintain satisfaction levels. Sales Monitoring: Track daily sales performance, support the team in achieving targets, and report progress to management. Visual Merchandising: Ensure product displays, layouts and updated price tags and align with brand guidelines and seasonal promotions. Stock Oversight: Monitor stock levels, coordinate restocking, and ensure accurate inventory records. Complaint Handling: Collect customer feedback, resolve complaints, and implement improvements where needed.
