Responsibilities

WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE EXCITING

SG Implementation and Payroll Supervisor will specialize in managing payroll implementation team, operational implementation of new payroll & processing of the new payrolls along with other existing CloudPay resources and able to work collaboratively with CloudPay global payroll operations team and will highly collaborate with CloudPay implementation team.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervision and development of Payroll & Implementation Specialist
  • Provide payroll implementation training and guidance to team members
  • Act as an escalation contact for Payroll & Implementation team
  • Partner with Implementation Consultants to ensure new payrolls are implemented onto the local payroll engine and CloudPay platform
  • Ensure payroll best practice are adhered to by all parties involved, assist in the validation of payroll requirements to ensure that sufficient information is provided by the client to enable set-up and configuration are completed successfully.
  • Support any parallel runs if testing if needed on a new requirement. Support the Software Release process by validating that new features have been accurately developed.
  • Meet with customers remotely to discuss requirements and implementation questions during the implementation cycle
  • Implementation Payroll allocation to members, supporting the Payroll and Sales Teams with technical questions & may be requested to support sales call.
  • Recommend departmental & task process improvements and implement those that are approved

EXPERIENCE NEEDED FOR THIS ROLE

  • Minimum a basic degree in Payroll, HR, Business administration or Accounting with payroll processing experience or any experiences equivalent.
  • Experience in Supervising or managing a team
  • Strong experience with APAC end to end payroll processing (e.g. Hong Kong, Singapore & etc) and SME functions
  • Understanding of SG Payroll law and policy, whole payroll processing cycle including filing of government claims and tax submission
  • Experience working in an outsourcing environment or have managed large-in-house payroll headcount in MNC
  • Strong communication skills in English, as this role will highly communicate/deal with clients and international business partner
  • Proficiency in MS Office with strong Excel skills
  • Ability to communicate internationally at all levels
